Recently, attended a course. Real Estate one
its a beneficial course in some ways
BUT, exaggerating in many ways
what do i mean?
Activity 1: Partner up in groups of 2, Take turns to stand on the chair and shout at your partner: "YOU GOT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR LIFE!"
Activity 2: Write down all your negative beliefs on a piece of printed SGD$1000 note. Roll up newspaper into a baton-like 'weapon', and HIT THE PIECE OF $1000 TILL THE PAPER BREAK. and while hitting, your partner will be standing up shouting at you "Those are those people who cheated your money! Those are people who are unprofessional cobroke agents! BLAH blah ...etc"
Activity 3: Stand up on the chair and do some funny motions with funny noises like "WOOSHH YEAAASSSSH!"
and many more..
and i heard from one guy the other course will require the people attending the course to go out on the streets and beg ppl passing by, " Sir, can you buy me a bowl of noodles?"
