Chapter 85: Clubbing
With effect from 31st August 2007, Clubbing, in view of personal preferences, became a kind of contributory element towards precious personal time. If ultimately Clubbing is the final decision, then the opportunity cost incurred by myself would be sleeping hours, bad health, bad working habits, which is also equivalent to, generally, a stagnant unsystematic lifestyle. However, there are exceptions in circumstances that follows in 85.1:
85.1 "Clubbing only when Biz-Related" "Clubbing only when biz-related" is a general understatement in the previous context and which it refers to but not limited to the following:
(a) Monthly gatherings in clubbing after dinner with working associates, colleagues, directors or anyone as may be prescribed herein to established closer working relationships not withstanding the mindset to gain any profits or favoritism directly or indirectly.
85.2 Clubbing with Others outside WorkPertaining to the above mentioned, it would be made Possible or Impossible, but not limited to, the following conditions:
(a)Freedom of Choice for AccompaniesHere, we talk about the Freedom to choose who to go along-with. In circumstances whereby Freedom is terminated, without reasonable explanation for the persistent restriction, shall deem it Impossible.
In another situation whereby Freedom is given to choose who to go along-with, it shall be Possible.
(b) Undue Influence - Impossible
(c) Equal MindsetConcept of " The More the Merrier" applies to any Clubbing environment . If under any circumstances whereby Others objects the concept with reasons or intentions to "have fun" in an
unethical way, shall deem it Impossible.
Unethical Enjoyment may be described but not limited to the following:-
I. Unethical enjoyment that will cause damage onto a third-party (Example: In a relationship with a third party but indirectly impose betrayal by i.e., dancing intimately with another Man/Woman)
II. Unethical enjoyment that will impose damage onto oneself (i.e. Drugs, Trafficking, Smoking, etc)
(d) OccasionsIt will be deemed Possible, subject to timing availability
# and 85.2 (a) to (c), under Occasions which describes:-
I. Birthday Parties
II. Celebration of a Special Occasion
III. Catching up with a LTNS* Friend
IV. Any other Occasions as may be prescribed
*Long-Time-No-See (LTNS)
#Timing Availability
Dependent on factors such as responsibility to work, study, or any other areas which may be affected.
(e) Defamation towards a Third-PartyDue to a conflict of interest, or any situation that led to dissension of opinions/stand and herein the inviting party traduces the third party will result in Impossibility and instills the possibility of degrading the level of Harmony if traducement remains continuous.
