knn i am so damn fucking bored.
today i called a prospect
he got a private property which means he is ineligible to buy our flats
i told him he got private property cnt buy
he asked me "...mumble mumble**... any advice??"
so i told him to dispose 2 n a half yrs first den buy or ask his parent(if eligible) to buy
he say :" my son studying in this area..mumble mumble**.. so any advice?"
i ask him to dispose first cuz he cannot buy wif a private house under his name!
den he can ask me this qns:
" Oh parents can buy ar? My in-laws are deceased already can they buy?"
omfg
and the conversation continued repetitively with
" any advice? any advice? any advice!?!?!@?!@# "
i repeat and repeated for 15 over times:
" you have a private property you are not eligible to buy! consider resale flats!!!!!!#!$!@#%@#^$^$#^"
