2 days ago we were calling up some people (of about 500) to do a survey.
i called this old lady
and asked her the questions that was required of
she didnt answered my questions and instead, told me that she stays on the 2nd floor & just had a leg operation & everytime gotta climb up the stairs cuz the lift has got no direct access to her level and asked me whether
i can help her upgrade her flat's lift facility.
in the end, i referred her to hdb. =/
TWO more days to go.
